UGA Koi Class 2010UGA Koi Health Management will train the general public and professionals alike on the state of the art in Koi care, health, disease and management. Participants will leave the course with immersive knowledge of simple water testing, paramters to be tested, the majority of Koi diseases, and techniques for their diagnosis including bacteriology and virology. Surgery and enodscopy almost always end up in the curriculum and JUST as importantly, networking with other players in the hobby has garnered many long term benefits for participants. In March 2010 we will conduct the 9th Annual Koi Health Seminar. For more information and a registration form please select the 2010 button at the left. A seat at the seminar would make a great gift for your favorite "koi kichi". Please note that the Seminar Agenda for 2010 has expanded to three full days and still maintained the same fee as previous years! Attending the course provides Continuing Education credits for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians. It should also provide similar education credits for AKCA Koi Health Advisors. The buttons for previous years will take you to pages of photos taken by seminar attendees. We look forward to seeing you at the seminar in March 2010! |
